We at Janiline want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, payment and shipping process to make your buying experience fast and easy.


No Minimum Order
At Janiline, we pride ourselves in providing the best experience for our clients and our motto is "everyone is our client", therefore, there is absolutely NO Minimum order.  We're easy to do business with!


Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any item in your order is unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance as soon as it becomes available with no additional shipping charges. For backordered items, please allow up to 7-14 business days.

We offer two convenient ways in which to track your order:
1. Click on the “My Account” link on the home page of After logging in, scroll to the bottom of the page and view Order/Billing History. Here you will be able to view the information on all orders.

Purchase Orders - Credit Application
Purchase orders are also accepted upon pre-approval for businesses only. Please call to request a credit application. Upon receipt of credit application, we will do the credit history check quickly for approval. A valid credit card is necessary to keep on file while your account is open.

Please Note: If you placed an order online utilizing the "Purchase Order" option and have not yet set up an account with, your order will not be processed until approval has been completed.


Checks & Money Orders
Checks and money orders will be accepted for orders placed via mail. Please do not send cash. Orders will be shipped upon receipt of payment.


Most credit and debit card orders are shipped the same day (depending on what time of day the order is received).

Mail or fax orders are shipped once payment is received unless an account with has already been established.

Shipping Rates – Continental United States Only Shipping on orders that are less than $800.00 is calculated by real time shipping with UPS. Please contact us for all orders needing to be shipped outside the Continental United States and or orders that need expedient services.

Please Note: All orders shipped UPS are waived from a required signature unless otherwise instructed via comments on your order, or by email or phone.


Free Shipping
At, we offer free shipping on orders that are over $800.00 (on stock items only). Orders must ship within the contiguous United States. Free Shipping will not qualify for special orders or non stocking items. Orders must be process on our website to qualify for this free service.  We reserve the right to choose the best method of shipment on all orders that qualify for free shipping.


Handling Fees
At we do not charge a standard handling or processing fee. Items that are oversized or bulky or above a certain weight, would be shipped common carrier/LTL freight.


Hazardous Material
UPS classifies some items as hazardous (for example, bleach or corrosive identified items). Therefore, these items would be subject to additional handling fees via UPS with no guarantee of safe delivery. Therefore, does NOT ship Hazardous Material via UPS. All Hazardous Material products will be shipped with a Common Carrier/LTL.


Common Carrier/LTL Shipping
Orders or items that cannot ship via UPS Ground due to their weight, size and/or if considered hazardous material, will be shipped via Common Carrier/LTL. (Examples of such items are outdoor sheds or bleach.) Such orders ship within 10 business days from when the order was placed. Delivery then will be approximately 3 to 5 business days once the ordered item has shipped.

Orders shipped via LTL to a residential address are strictly delivered to your curbside. The trucking company will typically charge additional service fees for any type of delivery other than curbside delivery. (Examples of this would include a need for a lift gate for a successful delivery.) Janiline does not include a delivery service other than curbside. Customers will be responsible for any additional charges for extra services. Customers are also responsible for additional charges due to missed delivery appointments or redeliveries.


Shipping Time and Transit:
In order to offer the most economical shipping rates and most reliable service, we proudly ship via UPS. Processing and shipping your order fast is our priority. While most orders do ship the same day, depending on when your order was received, some will be shipped on the following business day. All orders except for large or bulky items, hazardous material products, or a special large-volume order are shipped via UPS Ground. Shipping then takes between 1-7 business days. We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. The time it takes for delivery is determined based on the closest warehouse to you that has inventory of the items you ordered.

Bulky items, hazardous materials and other items or orders that do not qualify to ship via UPS ship generally via LTL. See Common Carrier/LTL Shipping above.

1-7 business days within the continental United States.


UPS Delivery Days:
Monday through Friday (except major holidays).


Exceptions for UPS Delivery:
UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or APO/FPO addresses.


Shipping Locations
All orders ship from the closest of 38 nationwide warehouses. Should the closest warehouse not have the item or items you ordered in stock, we will ship from the next closest warehouse. This may result in you receiving your order at different times if you ordered more than one item.
